Research your local village if there is an outlet where homemade produce can be sold, do you have Saturday market where you are able to rent a stand?
Make a spreadsheet of all costs involved, ingredients, time, electricity and add a percentage of profit say 20% to start. If selling by a piece of cake calculate cost of full cake then divide by number of pieces. Add cost of stand rental into equation if selling in a market, or store that request a small percentage to have a table in store. Add packaging costs of containers.

Once you have costing right it gives an overall picture, is it worth the effort, no short cuts when turning it into a livelihood. Good luck!
