Hy beautiful members of ladies of hive, I am pleased to write to you about the need for health checkup as a woman especially the mental health.
You might be stressed emotionally and mentally coupled with the nature of jobs you encounter without been aware, how you are able to balance the situation with proper health checkup will determine how strong you will be.
It is incumbent for you to carryout health checkup to ensure your system is still in functional condition.
I will share a story with you
I lost a friend recently, she was my class mate back then in school, after graduation, she started searching for jobs. She later found the job of been a distributor of health care products.
She would travel distance places as the opportunity was offered by the company especially for product promotion. They will go as far as interior villages, towns, offices and organizations everyday just to promote products.
One day she complained of frequent headache and tiredness and I advised her on looking for another job which she did but later I got to hear she lost her life.
I don’t criticize dead people but through their mistakes we can learn.
Here are the following points I found useful.

Always check your blood pressure daily and calculate the variation
Do you know that this friend of mine also had a partner who she loves but not quite long things weren’t going as expected? She complained to me but I told her to relax herself from mental stress after work stress.
It is necessary that each time you undergo mental stress and work stress, go check up for your blood pressure level. It can contribute to health complications.
Eat nutritious food
Eating nutritious food will help build your body cells especially the worn out ones and you will have positive energy towards the reality of life. Avoid eating junks at all time because they can contribute to health imbalance.
Take fruits

Taking fruits will help build your body defense mechanism. It helps to increase your body vitamin level which makes it stand against diseases. This is why you can stay a longer time even without treating an illness.
Like usually said, health is wealth, the way we take care of our health will determine the wealth we have because it’s when you are strong you can work more. All this is possible by undergoing regular checkup to know your health status.
