Thank you 🙂 I also think the same, I like to have creativity in the kitchen, I don't go much by exact recipes, I love to substitute ingredients.
With the fabrics, my daughter with only 9 years old has become more precise and detail oriented than me, that's why they say the apprentice surpasses the master 😁.
