Hola bonita comunidad de Ladies of Hive le eche un ojo al reto de la semana y una de las preguntas me hizo reflexionar mucho sobre la forma en que vemos a las demás personas y de como nos percibimos a nosotros mismos.
Lo que la gente siempre malinterpreta de mi
En problema en general es creer saber lo que piensa el otro y esto aplica para todas las personas. En muchas ocasiones lo que creemos que piensan otros de nosotros solo es reflejo del pensamiento que tenemos de nosotros mismos.
A veces pienso que tengo la herida del rechazo porque en mi interior me siento rechazada y eso se ve reflejado en mi conducta. Suelo ser evasiva pensando que probablemente no sea simpática para las demás personas, pero la mayoría de estos pensamientos están en mi mente.
Esto automáticamente hace que las personas no me lleguen a conocer del todo bien. Incluso podemos profundizar un poco más y de seguro lo que creemos que otro piensa de nosotros no es ni de cerca lo que realmente pasa por su cabeza.
Lo cierto de todo esto es que es algo que no podemos controlar. No tengo control de lo que otro pueda pensar de mi y tampoco es algo que deba afectarme, solo sé que puedo hacerme cargo de mis pensamientos y mejorar ese aspecto de mi personalidad.
La responsabilidad que tengo conmigo es estar bien con la idea de que otro va a tener una opinión acerca de mi y eso esta bien, debo estar en calma con eso. Son pensamientos invasivos que no permiten que las personas me conozcan bien.
He estado trabajando mucho en este tema y este año he notado una mejoría. El crecimiento es continuo y no siempre es ascendente, pero veo el cambio a través del tiempo.

Hello beautiful Ladies of Hive community I took a look at the challenge of the week and one of the questions made me think a lot about how we see other people and how we perceive ourselves.
What people always misunderstand about me
In general, the problem is that we think we know what other people think, and this applies to everyone. In many occasions what we think others think of us is only a reflection of what we think of ourselves.
Sometimes I think that I have the wound of rejection because inside I feel rejected and this is reflected in my behavior. I tend to be evasive thinking that I am probably not likeable to other people, but most of these thoughts are in my mind.
This automatically causes people to not get to know me very well. We can even go a little deeper and for sure what we think someone else thinks about us is not even close to what is really going on in their head.
The truth of it all is that it is something we cannot control. I have no control over what others may think of me and it is not something that should affect me, I just know that I can take charge of my thoughts and improve that aspect of my personality.
The responsibility I have to myself is to be okay with the idea that someone else is going to have an opinion about me and that's okay, I should be calm with that. These are invasive thoughts that don't allow people to get to know me well.
I have been working a lot on this issue and this year I have noticed an improvement. The growth is continuous and not always upward, but I see the change over time.
