It's good to have a schedule, @konaqua. I too follow a schedule and post 1 or 2 days ahead. It is one key to success, especially if you are not a writer per se, like I am not a writer.
Like many here, I have a very demanding work schedule and outside of commitments.

I'm not really a schedule-ish person but I think I need to start having one for self improvement to improve my discipline even for a tiny little bit.
