Este concurso saca lo mejor de cada una de nosotras, así que tendremos que responder y hablar de temas personales que te harán expresar tus mejores deseos y anhelos. 1️⃣ Do you think men or women make better friends? ...and why?

I have never had a male best friend, but I know many men who are good friends and who have been an important part of my life. Not to the point of saying "best friends" but they are men who have supported, helped, listened and even scolded me. My best friends have always been women, I live surrounded by them because in almost all my family women are the majority. True friendship should not distinguish between sex, its bases should be trust, affection, understanding, respect, generosity and all the positive values that we need in our life.
So I can say that I believe in good friendships between different sexes but not that a woman and a man can become best friends. Let us remember that a best friend is our confidant, he becomes the voice of our conscience and I do not believe that a man and a woman can have that point in common.

1️⃣ ¿Crees que los hombres o las mujeres son mejores amigos? ... ¿y por qué?
Nunca he tenido un mejor amigo hombre, pero conozco a muchos hombres que son buenos amigos y que han formado parte importante de mi vida. No al punto de decir "mejores amigos" pero son hombres que me han apoyado, ayudado, escuchado y hasta regañado. Mis mejores amigas siempre han sido mujeres, vivo rodeada de ellas porque en casi toda mi familia las mujeres son mayoría.
La amistad verdadera no debe distinguir sexo, sus bases deben ser la confianza, el cariño, la comprensión, el respeto, la generosidad y todos los valores positivos que necesitamos en nuestra vida. Entonces puedo decir que creo en las buenas amistades entre distintos sexos pero no que una mujer y un hombre puedan a llegar ser mejores amigos. Recordemos que un mejor amigo es nuestro confidente, se vuelve la voz de nuestra conciencia y no creo que un hombre y una mujer puedan llegar a tener ese punto en común.

2️⃣ What is your favorite board game, and show a picture of you playing it.

Board games have always been present in my family, my mother taught me to play dominoes since I was little, but the most we play are cards or decks as they are known in some places. In Venezuela, from a young age, we learn to play games such as "load the donkey, round or trick" with them, traditional games that are played on any occasion but more in family celebrations. The photos I share are of my family, the first all playing trick at a family celebration and the second of my husband and I teaching my youngest nieces to play "Ronda", at some point we will teach our daughters.

2️⃣ ¿Cuál es tu juego de mesa favorito y muestra una foto tuya jugando?
En mi familia los juegos de mesa siempre han estado presente, mi mamá me enseñó desde pequeña a jugar dominó pero lo más que jugamos son cartas o barajas como las conocen en algunos lugares. En Venezuela desde pequeños aprendemos a jugar con ellas juegos como "carga la burra, ronda o truco", juegos tradicionales que se juegan en cualquier ocasión pero más en celebraciones familiares. Las fotos que comparto son de mi familia, la primera todos jugando truco en una celebración familiar y la segunda de mi esposo y yo enseñando a mis sobrinas más pequeñas a jugar "Ronda", en algún momento le enseñaremos a nuestras hijas.
