¿Qué te hace aferrarte a la esperanza?
La esperanza es lo último que se pierde, es una frase hecha que creo que muchos hemos dicho y escuchado en algún momento de nuestras vidas, cuando estamos atravesando diferentes adversidades o problemas, creo que sí perdemos la esperanza estamos perdidos literalmente, porque la esperanza no es esperar que no pase nada malo sino la convicción de que tendrá sentido más allá del resultado, todos necesitamos ésa ilusión de creer en algo o el alguien, de tener esperanza.
Nos aferrarnos a la esperanza porque necesitamos ésa seguridad, apoyo, aliento que nos motive a seguir adelante a confiar en el futuro , a no decaer y mantenernos firmes, positivos, agradecidos a ser perseverante con muchas ganas de vivir y confiar en el porvenir.
Con esperanza nuestro estado anímico nos lleva a creer que podemos conseguir lo que anhelamos, basado en situaciones logicas o en base a nuestra propia fe, tener esperanzas es creer que todo es posible.

¿Ilumínanos sobre algo que haces para crear un espacio seguro y positivo a tu alrededor, para aumentar la creencia o convicción de buscar siempre la nube con un lado positivo, incluso si eso significa comenzar de nuevo?
Soy una persona muy creyente y de mucha fé en Dios , muchas veces, cuando necesito ser animada o reforzada en la esperanza, busco mi Biblia, tengo varios pasajes bíblicos que uso como mantras, que los leo o medito cuando mi esperanzas y mis fuerzas están débiles y necesito fortalecerlas.
Dios es ése espacio seguro que llena mí vida, siempre me gusta poner en práctica muchos valores positivos como alegría, positivismo, felicidad, agradecimiento, bondad, generosidad, amabilidad, humildad, empatía, paciencia y tolerancia, cuando me siento abrumada por problemas cotidianos que a veces se me acumulan y no consigo respuesta, solo en Dios me sostengo, a Él le pido que ilumine mis pensamientos y me muestre la salida, después de hablar como un hijo lo hace con su Padre, veo las circunstancias desde otra perspectiva.
Es que la Palabra de Dios está llena de gran poder y sabiduría, mientras tengamos una Biblia tenemos un arma poderosa para combatir la depresión, el desánimo y el desaliento, en cualquier situación que estemos atravesando, el poder de Dios es ilimitado y su amor inagotable .
Si alguna vez se sienten abrumados por las adversidades confía en Él y deja que su gracia los guíe .
Sólo de Dios yo recibo fuerzas y esperanzas que trae aliento para mí Vida .
