Programming our mind and let it sink into our subconscious can change many rigid patterns of our life. I am also a late riser, and though I am aware of this trick I have really not implemented it as yet. For me 7 hrs of sleep is necessary so I have programmed myself as per that, from whatever time I sleep my body has to rest for 7 to 8 hrs minimum. Glad that you have been successful in this.

Thank you very much for the support. If body rest is important. I was young and a student so the sheets stuck to me, I fell asleep from studying late. And that helped me schedule the time. @nainaztengra
