Es un placer saludarles de nuevo y participar en elconcurso comunitario semanal, que sería de nosotros sin un buen viaje que nos saque de nuestra zona de confort para vivir nuevas experiencias y revivir algunas, para esta semana elegí contestar la segunda pregunta:
¿Te gusta viajar? ¿Dónde fueron tus últimas vacaciones en familia?
Me gusta mucho viajar preferiblemente a la playa pero mi familia ama la montaña así que son los únicos que me sacan de mi lugares favoritos porque hacen que disfrute demasiado por lo diferente que es, aunque estuve varios años sin poder hacerlo en compañía de ellos pero en septiembre del año pasado se dio la oportunidad de volver un par de días a un lugar que visite muchas veces durante mi infancia y adolescencia.

It is a pleasure to greet you again and participate in the weekly community quiz, what would be of us without a good trip that takes us out of our comfort zone to live new experiences and relive some, for this week I chose to answer the second question:
Do you like to travel, where was your last family vacation?
I love to travel preferably to the beach but my family loves the mountains so they are the only ones who take me out of my favorite places because they make me enjoy too much for how different it is, although I was several years without being able to do it in the company of them but in September last year I had the opportunity to return a couple of days to a place I visited many times during my childhood and adolescence.
Viajamos al Edo. Trujillo en Venezuela, donde la aventura inició pasando el Puente sobre el lago de Maracaibo llamado General Rafael Urdaneta en mi ciudad, que es el que nos conecta con el resto del país sin tener que rodear el lago, en este viaje me acompañaron mis padres, mi hermano menor y mis niñas.
We traveled to Trujillo State in Venezuela, where the adventure began passing the bridge over Lake Maracaibo called General Rafael Urdaneta in my city, which is the one that connects us with the rest of the country without having to go around the lake, on this trip I was accompanied by my parents, my younger brother and my girls.
El sitio que elegimos para quedarnos fue en un pueblo llamado La Cejita en la ciudad de Valera como en años anteriores, llamada la ciudad de las 7 colinas por tener este total de montañas como parte de su vegetación, durante nuestra estadía en el estado visitamos varios sitios como Isnotú donde se encuentra el Santuario del Niño Jesús y una enorme estatua del Beato de Venezuela el Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, los devotos se reúnen en este lugar para dar gracias por algún favor concedido y yo debía dar mi ofrenda por una promesa cumplida por él.
The place we chose to stay was in a town called La Cejita in the city of Valera as in previous years, called the city of the 7 hills for having this total of mountains as part of its vegetation, during our stay in the state we visited several sites such as Isnotú where the Shrine of the Child Jesus is located and a huge statue of the Blessed of Venezuela Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, the devotees gather in this place to give thanks for some favor granted and I was to give my offering for a promise fulfilled by him.
El mismo día pero por la tarde visitamos La Puerta que es la entrada a los Andes Venezolanos porque existe una carretera que lleva directo al estado Mérida, donde disfrutamos de su brisa fría en la Plaza Bolívar, de la vista de las enormes montañas en distintos tonos de verde y degustamos ricos helados para climatizar un poco al cuerpo.
The same day but in the afternoon we visited La Puerta which is the entrance to the Venezuelan Andes because there is a road that leads directly to the state of Merida, where we enjoyed the cold breeze in the Plaza Bolivar, the view of the huge mountains in different shades of green and tasted delicious ice cream to warm up the body a little.
En nuestro último día de viaje no podíamos dejar de visitar la Plaza Bolívar pero de la ciudad de Valera, además de apreciar la arquitectura de la Catedral de San Sebastián, disfrutar de sus jardineras con ardillas caminando por doquier y una perezosa en los árboles que paseaba entre las ramas, un lugar bastante concurrido donde las niñas jugaron bastante mientras exploraban.
On our last day of our trip we could not miss visiting the Plaza Bolivar but in the city of Valera, besides appreciating the architecture of the Cathedral of San Sebastian, enjoy its planters with squirrels walking everywhere and a sloth in the trees that wandered among the branches, a very busy place where the girls played a lot while exploring.
Fue un viaje corto pero gratificante, viajar renueva energías, uno regresa descansado para continuar con la rutina diaria, pero lo que más me gusta es poder hacerlo en Venezuela en compañía de mi familia y que mis pequeñas puedan conocer los lugares donde yo también disfrute cuando era niña así como ellas, aunque son pocas las veces que podemos acordar hacerlo todo juntos por el trabajo, que por cierto en este viaje solo falto mi hermana porque no pudo por motivos laborales.
Muchas gracias por leer queridas damas, solo espero que este año podamos repetir el viaje juntos en familia pero a la playa, aunque pensándolo bien podría ser adónde sea pero con ellos a mi lado.
It was a short but rewarding trip, traveling renews energies, one returns rested to continue with the daily routine, but what I like most is to be able to do it in Venezuela in the company of my family and that my little ones can know the places where I also enjoyed as a child as well as them, although there are few times that we can agree to do everything together because of work, which by the way on this trip only my sister was missing because she could not for work reasons.
Thank you very much for reading dear ladies, I just hope that this year we can repeat the trip together as a family but to the beach, although on second thought it could be anywhere but with them by my side.
