"If we were to visit you, what is the one "must-do" in your hometown?
Would it be something to eat, a place to visit, a person to meet, or something else?"
When being asked question such as this one, theres always alot us Leytenos could recommend from places to visit, resort for staycation, breathe away stress through nature sight-seeing and food delicacies to crave with. Name it and we got it all for you, not to mention the people being hospitable.
One of the seven wonders here in the Philippines can be found in Leyte, the San Juanico bridge.
(San Juanico bridge) San Juanico Strait is a narrow bridge located in the Eastern Visayan region in the Philippines, separating islands of Samar and Leyte.
We have many beaches, resort and hotels to go to such as these:
- Kalanggaman Island in Palompon, Leyte

- Tulaan Beach in Babatngon, Leyte
- Villa Conzoilo Farm & Resort, Jaro, Leyte
- Camp Kawayan Resort, Burauen, Leyte
- Haiyan Peak Hotel & Resort, Tanauan, Leyte
....and many more :)
Also there's plenty of sceneries thats worth capturing from morning till night.
And talking about food, who can resist tummy filled food to satisfy cravings. Here in Leyte the most famous delicacy is called BINAGOL.
A native delicacy of Leyte which is made with sweetened mashed giant taro called talian and packed in half of a banana leaf-covered coconut shell. The town of Dagami is the most known supplier of delicious Binagol.

Next time you visit our town, you should try this one and many other delicacies of which many from abroad are buying to bring this home to their own country.
