There are so many methods that are supposed to make us look younger - cremes, superfood powders, trendy drinks, supplements, injections - you name it.
Yet, it doesn’t have to be that complicated, expensive or painful. My answer for staying young is FRUITS.
They are filled with antioxidants that help us to avoid oxidation in our body - the process that usually ages us rapidly. (check out Medical Medium for more info on that).
So this is my daily beauty treatment - having fruits for breakfast, lunch and often as snacks in between. In the mornings I usually love just cut-up fruits like pineapple or papaya, later on I often make a big banana smoothie or nicecream filled with all the fruity goodness.
Thanks to my way of eating, I am not afraid of „growing old“ but look forward to increasing my vitality and vibrancy year by year.
How do you feel about aging and staying young in your body?
Have a wonderful day,
Anais
We've got plenty pineapples here, i will give this a try.
You go for it! Any fruits will have a powerful impact, but if you want to go for the gold - wild blueberries have the highest antioxidant content of all ;)

My favorite local Gala Apples were $1.49 /pound last year are now $3/pound, staying young is getting expensive.
I live in Canada, we import most of our fresh fruit.
Sorry to hear that! Fresh produce often asks us of a bigger investment than processed foods, so true. Yet, it's also about priorities and where we want to invest our money in - for me, food is one of those areas that will always have the biggest space in my budget since I know how amazing it makes me feel. And for me, health is freedom, happiness and fulfillment in life.
It might be worth it, to compare different stores, search for local co-ops or go foraging during summer time, buy in bigger quantities to get better prices and to go for second-choice produce which often just has some visual blemishes, not impacting the quality in itself. I hope this is helpful ;)
Yes,you are correct.
Enjoy your fruits :)
