Melinda, the news from Texas is terrible - The animals and birds are freezing.

And the Texas congressman took his family to sit on the beach in Mexico because it was cold in their house.
Hard to believe he would think about himself when his people are freezing and boiling water.
I heard he said trip was a mistake. His daughters were going there on Cancun vacation to escape the cold and he went too.
