Scenario 1
I have had days like this, one of those that fatigue and its low value demotivate anyone, but when I remember the things that I have been able to buy thanks to these 5 years of being on the blockchain every day, I draw strength and continue swimming until I reach the shore.
First of all, in order to know the strengths of this person who wants to throw in the towel, I must read his material to have bases to support myself with his writings. Surely I will find some good phrases there.
I know how hard it is to see posts with so little monetization and put in so much effort sometimes until you get up early to meet an invitation in a contest. If the person has time in the blockchain, surely he obtained some income and with this he bought food and rounded up his salary.
People who have little time, who were sold the idea that they would have a good income to enter the blockchain, it is good to remind them that this is a changing market and that a year ago in December the Hive was at $3, so what you have to do do is accumulate for the next raise.
I understand that many participants prefer a good vote before a nice and complete comment, but it is what I can best offer.
What recommendations can I give you:
First of all, writing must be something fun for you, otherwise it is, you are not in the right place.
If someone brings you something new, thank them, learning something new every day is important.
Do not stay in a single Hive community, explore, investigate, practice, ask, find out everything new, even making mistakes you learn.
If you don't feel capable of writing every day, schedule at least three or four a week. But be persevering in that minimum, don't abandon it.
Go whenever you can to the discord programs of the communities, in addition to listening to you and rewarding your post, you will receive good guidance on labels, presentation and other topics. Hear others where they do better.
Make valuable comments.
I know it's difficult but don't compare yourself to others, your recognition will come.
Scenario 2
The first thing is to check what was the fault? Sometimes post concealments occur for breaking the community rules, without deducting points. Other times they occur due to wars between powerful users who take away votes. These cases must be ruled out. They are all unpleasant and cause us great disgust.
In cases of plagiarism due to ignorance of the rules, they only occur in those with a low reputation due to lack of experience and guidance sometimes.
Once a friend was accused of plagiarism for a photograph she took of a lunar eclipse, she showed that they had been taken by her camera and by her. Of course she received the support of her friends, but many times the damage remains a very unpleasant mark.
If plagiarism was really committed, it seems important to me to recommend continuing to write and show that you learned your lesson and that you will not do it again.
Showing that you are a good writer or original content writer should become your goal.

Escenario 1
He tenido días así de esos que el cansancio y su bajo valor desmotiva a cualquiera, pero cuando recuerdo las cosas que he podido comprar gracias a estos 5 años de estar todos los días en la blockchain, saco fuerzas y sigo nadando hasta llegar a la orilla.
Ante todo para poder saber los puntos fuertes de esta persona que desea tirar la toalla debo leer su material para tener bases para apoyarme con sus escritos. Seguramente encontraré allí algunas buenas frases.
Se lo duro que es ver los post con tan poca monetización y poner tanto esfuerzo a veces hasta madrugar para cumplir con alguna invitación en un concurso. Si la persona tiene tiempo en la blockchain seguramente obtuvo algunos ingresos y con ello compro alimentos y redondeo su sueldo.
Las personas que tienen poco tiempo, que para entrar a la blockchain les vendieron la idea de que tendrían buenos ingresos es bueno recordarles que este es un mercado cambiante y que hace un año un diciembre el Hive estuvo en 3$ así que lo que hay que hacer es acumular para la próxima subida.
Comprendo que muchos participantes prefieren un buen voto antes que un agradable y completo comentario pero es lo que yo mejor puedo ofrecer.
Que recomendaciones puedo aportarles:
Ante todo el escribir debe ser algo divertido para ti, sino lo es, no estas en el sitio adecuado.
Si alguien te aporta algo nuevo agradecelo, aprender algo nuevo cada día es importante.
No te quedes en una sola comunidad de Hive, explora, investiga práctica, pregunta, averigua todo lo nuevo, hasta equivocándose se aprende.
Si no te sientes capaz de escribir todos los días programa como mínimo tres o cuatro en la semana. Pero se perseverante en ese mínimo no lo abandones.
Acude cada vez que puedas a los programas en discord de las comunidades, además de escucharte y recompensar tú post recibiras una buena orientación sobre etiquetas, presentación y otros temas. Oye a otros donde les va mejor.
Haz comentarios de valor.
Se que es difícil pero no te compares con otros, ya llegará tu reconocimiento.
Escenario 2
Lo primero es revisar ¿cuál fue la falla? a veces ocurren ocultamientos de post por faltar a las reglas de la comunidad, sin quitarles puntos. Otras veces ocurren por guerras entre usuarios poderosos que le quitan votos. Hay que descartar estos casos. Todos son desagradables y nos causan un gran disgusto.
En los casos de plagio por desconocimiento de las reglas sólo se dan en los que tienen baja reputación por falta de experiencia y orientación a veces.
Una vez una amiga fue acusada de plagio por una fotografías que tomo a una eclipse lunar, ella demostro que habían sido tomadas por su cámara y por ella. Por supuesto recibio el apoyo de sus amigas, pero muchas veces el daño queda como una marca muy desagradable.
Si en verdad se cometio el plagio, a mi me parece importante recomendar seguir escribiendo y demostrar que aprendio la lección y que no lo volvera a hacer.
Desmostrar que es un buen escritor o buena escritora de contenido original debería volverse su objetivo.

Muy buenos consejos, yo soy nuevo en Hive (2 meses). Por lo que me han explicado hay que perseverar y no rendirse, hasta ahora he tenido algunos posts bien recompensados y otros que no, creo que hay que trabajar, yo no soy ducho en tecnologías, me llego tarde y me cuesta, mi esposa es la que me ayuda con la parte técnica, soy simplemente un músico y poeta que hace canciones y le gusta escribir, me da mucha fuerza leer este Post y le agradezco mucho.

Si eso es correcto hay que perseverar en este mundo hay altas y bajas y no sabemos cuando llegaran las buenas recompensas. Como dices a veces tenemos buenas pero cuando vemos tan bajito pensamos que es culpa nuestra, pero no es verdad. Por cierto conoces las comunidades en discord de música, hay varias. Debe ser difícil el internet por allá y sin embargo veo cada vez más participantes y me encanta.
Debe ser como cuando se corrio la voz en Venezuela y muchos entraron y había buena bonanza, ahora se molestan porque no ganan bastante.

Oye es muy cierto de que hay que leer bien las reglas tanto de las comunidades, como las de los concursos, recuerdo que realice mi participación en un concurso de comida y fui silenciada, por algo que no leí que no se podía hacer, aunque me callo mal al principio después me disculpe por no leer cada reglón de las reglas, pero eso no me limito en seguir participando en otras comunidades, ya que otra cosa muy cierta es que estamos en una plataforma que tiene infinidades de comunidades, tienes la libertad de escoger aquellas en las cuales sientas más libertad y comodidad de expresarte y aunque muchas no tenemos gran valor en el voto, para mi un agradable comentario vale igual. I've had several friends on here complain bitterly about the downvotes and the injustice. I can't say that I don't feel their pain but in most cases, we can't do anything than accept and move on. I would also advise them to always source like you pointed out. True what you also said, if you don't like writing or even socializing with people online, this would be a difficult task. Worse when you can't stand to read anything even a sentence line.
Sin duda son muy dolorosos esos downvotes principalmente cuando ponemos tanto esfuerzo en hacer lo mejor, a veces sacrificamos horas de sueño por hacer cada día un post, pero comprendemos que existen esas guerras entre ballenas, esa necesidad de equilibrar los votos. Muy buen aporte aquerida amiga @sacra97, también me enfoco en el valor futuro de Hive y no en el que tiene ahora, estoy ahorrando para poder disfrutar en el próximo mercado alcista. hay que establecerse metas y seguir adelante, aunque no se tengas votos, el tiempo ayuda y en su momento llegarán, claro siemrpe buscando la manera de mejorar y de interactuar. Este es un trabajo de constancia y pasión, como dices, debemos disfrutarlo, es algo necesario para alcanzar el éxito.
