Many lessons learned in the year that ended.
The year 2023 brought me good things and others not so good, I would almost say a little complicated. After a few months outside the country visiting my children, there came a period of adaptation, of getting back into the rhythm of work. To take care of my plants and my pet.
I tried to take up the challenges of the communities I always accompanied, but the work left me exhausted. Before I could stay very late at night to write my posts, but it must be the years that are catching up with me.
I realized that people are not eternal and sometimes they disappear from the networks for different reasons; they become disillusioned with the gains from cryptocurrencies, have family problems, or die.
I learned that I am versatile and capable of undertaking different styles without having to pigeonhole myself into a single type of writing. I could improve my photos and share more content if I learned about the other drapps. Fear of screwing up in new things.
It is very difficult for me to say no when people ask me for favors, but I discovered that my body had limits and resting became necessary.
The last months of the year my life became sad due to the illness and death of a very close relative. So writing allowed me to bring out that sadness and share it. I rediscovered many readers who took a few minutes to encourage me.
All that remains is to be grateful for so much company through the platform, for so many words of support, to return a little of those pleasant messages is to learn to share knowledge with everyone.
What am I going to do differently for myself in this coming year?
Without a doubt, taking better care of myself is my priority. I notice a normal fatigue from continuous effort to complete my work.
Now I have help at home for cleaning, the truth is that it is difficult to give strangers access to your home, she came highly recommended by a relative and she has been an extraordinary help to me. Cleanliness shines in my home and I feel happy.
Allergies have decreased by not having dust on surfaces that I couldn't reach. Cleanliness is essential in any place, it is something that I urgently needed. I cleaned where the queen passes, I didn't have time for more.
If I feel better I can perform better at my job. I am already resuming my walks in the afternoons, that should help me lose the excess kilos that I have been gaining since I returned from the trip.
My fear of being assaulted or stumbling while walking is still there, I will have to be very careful. The hardest thing is to start and I already did it. I know that I can.
I close the topic by wishing the best to the ladies of the community, may all their projects be fulfilled in this new year 2024.

Muchas lecciones aprendidas en el año que termino.
El año 2023 me trajo cosas buenas y otras no tan buenas, casi diría un poco complicadas. Después de unos meses fuera del país visitando a mis hijos, vino un periodo de adaptación, de volver a tomar el ritmo de trabajo. De cuidar mis plantas y de mi mascota.
Trate de retomar los retos de las comunidades a las que siempre acompañaba, pero el trabajo me dejaba agotada. Antes podía quedarme muy tarde en la noche para elaborar mis post, pero deben ser los años que me van pegando.
Me dí cuenta que la personas no son eternas y a veces se desaparecen de las redes por diferentes razones; se desilusionan de las ganancias de las criptomonedas, tienen problemas familiares o fallecen.
Aprendí que soy versátil y capaz de emprender diferentes estilos sin tener que encasillarme en un solo tipo de escritura. Podría mejorar mis fotografías y compartir más contenido si aprendía sobre las otras drapp. Temor a meter la pata en las cosas nuevas.
Me cuesta mucho decir que no cuando me piden favores, pero descubrí que mi cuerpo tenía limites y el descansar se volvía necesario.
Los últimos meses del año la vida se me puso triste por la enfermedad y el fallecimiento de un pariente muy cercano. Así que la escritura me permitió sacar esa tristeza y compartirla. Redescubrí muchos lectores que se tomaban unos minutos para darme ánimo.
Solo queda agradecer tanta compañía a través de la plataforma, tantas palabras de apoyo, devolver un poco de esos agradables mensajes es aprender a compartir el conocimiento con todos.
¿Qué voy hacer diferente para mi en este año que comienza?
Sin duda cuidarme más es mi prioridad, noto un cansancio normal de esfuerzo continuo por completar mis trabajos.
Ahora tengo ayuda en casa para la limpieza, la verdad es que es difícil darle acceso a tu hogar a personas desconocidas, ella vino muy recomendada por un pariente y me ha resultado de ayuda extraordinaria. La limpieza brilla en mi hogar y me siento feliz.
Las alergias han disminuido al no tener polvo en las superficies que no alcanzaba. La limpieza es primordial en cualquier lugar, es algo que necesitaba con urgencia. Yo limpiaba por donde pasa la reina, no me quedaba tiempo para más.
Si me siento mejor puedo rendir más en mi trabajo. Ya estoy retomando mis caminatas en las tardes, eso debería ayudarme a bajar el exceso de kilos que he venido agarrando desde que regrese del viaje.
Mi temor a ser asaltada o que sufra un traspié al caminar todavía está allí pendiente, tendré que tener mucho cuidado. Lo más difícil es comenzar y ya lo hice. Se que puedo.

Hola @sacra97, me pone feliz ver esa gran foto del girasol, lo he visto crecer. Me alegra también que uno de los aprendizajes del año sea el poner límites, decir NO, cuando es necesario. A mí tambien me cuesta, pero no se puede satisfacer a todo el mundo a todas horas. Lamento las pérdidas. Un abrazo y feliz 2024
Muchísimas gracias, me alegro mucho lograr tener esta flor fue como un reto que me propuse, ahora estoy esperando unas que van a salir mucho más grandes, pero están la jardinera fuera de la casa y espero que los vecinos mala maña no me la roben y simplemente disfruten su belleza.
Siempre me gusta ayudar y vaya que me es difícil decir no puedo, cuando se que si me esfuerzo un poco más los podre ayudar, pero a veces de verdad la gente abusa y hay que aprender alejar esa gente latosa.
Gracias pensé que mi cuñado iba a durar más cuando lo diagnosticaron en agosto, pero solo llego a octubre estaba demasiado avanzado el cáncer y nunca se quejo.

The flowers in my garden become my best inspiration. I suffer many failures of the water service in my city, lack of maintenance and little investment from the government.
I collect the water from the air conditioners to render it,

Muchísimas gracias por el apoyo, es verdad que nos descuidamos en muchos aspectos lo vamos dejando pasar y todo se complica. Si aunque mi urbanización es bastante tranquila siempre debo estar pendiente antes de salir con mi perrito, los ladrones no les gustan los perros dudan mucho en atacar a alguien que lleva mascota, son muy bulleros y muerden, pero mi perrito esta muy mayor y tengo que cargarlo porque se cansa.
