I can relate to this @silversaver888..... I remember you talking about your house that you sold in California that you regret to this day.
I have the same issue, we wanted to move to the Pacific Northwest, and sold our custom built post and beam dream home in Colorado.
If I could have picked this house up and moved it with us Lol🤣
