Nosotros como seres humanos tenemos diferentes estados de ánimo entre ellos tenemos, el mal humor o mal genio y es algo de lo que no podemos escapar, algunos dias estamos bien y otros no tan bien, así que a continuación les dejaré mi respuesta a esta gran pregunta, comencemos.

Para nadie es un secreto que cuando estamos de mal humor en algunas ocasiones solemos dar malas respuestas a cualquier persona o simplemente no le dirigimos la palabra, a mí por lo menos me gusta que me dejen sola mientras se me pasa el enojo, no me gusta tener que decir una mala palabra que pueda ofender a alguien por culpa de mi mal humor, en ocasiones suelo respirar profundo, apartarme a un lugar donde pueda estar sola y pueda pensar, hay oportunidades en las que lloro para poder desahogarme.
For no one is a secret that when we are in a bad mood sometimes we tend to give bad answers to anyone or just do not address the word, I at least I like to be left alone while my anger passes, I do not like to have to say a bad word that may offend someone because of my bad mood, sometimes I usually take a deep breath, move away to a place where I can be alone and I can think, there are times when I cry to let off steam.

Debemos aprender a controlar nuestro mal genio, existen diversas maneras de hacerlo, por lo menos a mí me a funcionado por ejemplo; no hablar mientras estoy enojada, esto para evitar decir algo de lo que me pueda arrepentir, a veces suelo limpiar la casa completa, escucho música suave, después de un largo rato, cuando siento que estoy un poco mejor es allí donde comienzo a hablar con las personas que están a mi alrededor, debemos tener en cuenta que no debemos contagiarlos de ese estado de ánimo que en algunas ocasiones nos ponen mal y nos apartan por un momento de esas personas que siempre están allí para darnos buenos consejos, así que respiremos profundo y pensemos antes de actuar o decir algo.
