The grapes finally finished after 39 hours. They ended up getting a couple extra stints in the machine as they just didn't seem to want to finish drying completely. Even as they are they have a bit of sticky to them still. The insides are good and dry but the juice or sugars coated the outsides. It adds to the flavor but makes it seem like they are not quite done.
You can see the insides and they remind me of Malt Balls candy. They have about the texture and melt in the mouth the same way but taste WAY different.
It was damned cold out with it being 10F over night and the wind was blowing so it was feeling like -5F. I had 4 barrels of spent brewing grains to pick up in town that were ready on Thursday evening. With the cold temps over night I found the barrels to be already freezing the grain around the insides. It made getting the grain out a bit harder but the sheep and chickens were all ready to pounce on it the moment I was out of the way.
Today we will be getting batch 32 in the freeze dryer which will be beef broth, mushrooms, and diced onions. Then batch 33 will be raspberries and the last of the grapes for our friend. Tomorrow morning I take @stryeyz to the airport for her trip to see her parents for the week. I am also trying to figure out how to or which funds I am going to add to my trading account as I need to pick up a handful of other stocks in the psychedelic space. MMEDF, RVVTF, and CLXPF along with CCORF are the main ones I am looking at to add to the 3 I have already, ENTBF, MYCOF, and LKYSF.

Our temps have been reminding me of my years in Minnesota. Brrr! But it's even worse there right now.
My inlaws are in North Dakota and it was just -20s there. No thank you to that!
