Are you going cold turkey?Wut are you trying to use to replace it & whats the reason you're trying to cut back?I can suggest that weaning off slowly is a good way to do it & one way Ive done it in the past is to mix chicory in with the coffee grounds & increase the mix over time

Yeah cold turkey. It's how I stopped smoking too. Just quit. I think most of it is mental. When you tell yourself, that's it...You are done. I just dont know if I'm really done LOL
Coffee is quite beneficial, even up to 6 cups a day. You just need to drink more water, because it's a diuretic and pulls water from the body. There's really no reason to quit, just maybe cut back on any bad stuff people tend to add to it
