Scrolling through the feed is extremely annoying when it's filled with the #rewardsfarmer accts attacking the platform. Thank you #inleo, j/k. There's one #microblogging platform that filters them out, #HiveSuite and #hsnaps. On top of the fact that they are thieves, their mass posting pushes YOUR #content down so fast no one else will see them. Using HiveSuite and hsnaps fixes all of these problems. Image

Therefore I NEVER use the "newest" feed, but only the "following" one.

I never use the following feed, because there are very few sharing content/info that interests or teaches me something new. I like to see all content, but not from thieves😁So few actually put in real effort that I need to scroll the newest feed to find them

Well, all content is way too boring for me, alone all those wordle snaps. Waste of time.

Most of the content here is boring or low effort, which is kind of my point

then follow my snaps, I normally try to bring something interesting!

I've found you to be hit and miss😁

I just checked and we already follow each other, but I don't use my following feed😅

When are those screenshots from?

I think it should be up to each user individually to decide whether they went to completely hide users below a self-selected rep. score

I think these users are well established as satellite accts of one user and they are all on Hivewatchers watch list, which is probably how they are being filtered

Maybe you're right. I still believe in freedom for the individual user though 😄

Some accounts could be completely ignored on a frontend, but that would require voting somehow. Haven't thought that one through yet.

On another platform called Bastyon they have a jury system where random users of a certain minimum reputation are selected by an algorithm to vote on content that is flagged as Illegal. This would probably be the best way to decentralize and democratize decisions like that

Certainly sounds like a good idea, but I think a voting system where each 10 rep. score count for 1 vote and then everyone can vote on a reported account would make more sense.

Then it require x% of total available votes before an account is ignored
