I am not sure what's worse anymore...
Being a customer with shitty vendors (sometimes there are no options), or working for a vendor doing great work for customers (deeply appreciated and so on), but being totally fu***d by distributors/partners.

I guess one can achieve that by working for themselves. But eventually you will need to expand and depend on other's resources. And that's when the pan hits the cat! 🤣
