In asia Amazon is also replacing like 50K jobs for automation bots and AI. Is this going on all over world?
The company she works for has less than 20 employees.

Yep, and it isn't really for the better either. This will be a poorer customer experience for the company she's leaving.

She's going to find something new, she was enjoying working from home full time.
That's sad. And the AI is probably not even better, but worse, and only cheaper. And that would've been an amazing show, also sad that you're not in the mood for it, but understandable.
