One annoying thing I noticed about weight loss, at least for me, is these extended periods where it just stalls completely.
I'm constantly thrown into joy of record lows, and then frustration that it takes me two weeks to get back there again.
Trust the process, I guess!

Some people say it takes 2 years until your body gets used to the new weight, so it's normal to feel the pressure.
I have been slowly lowering mine, too (successfully and very slowly). And I am still very confused why sometimes I feel fine for 48h while having just 2 meals (like a burger, no fries, and a grilled pork chop with some veggies), normal amount of water, 2-3 coffees (no sugar, no milk) and nothing else... and some vitamin C or omega-3 oils supplements during winter at least. But other than that... sometimes it's very easy to just chill like this, and just don't understand why...
Some other days, I like craving to eat 4 meals a day... 🤦♂️🤣🤤 2-5k Cals, and the issue is you don't even understand until it's too late (aka time to bed). And nothing of this is because of exercise... even if I do it sometimes.
Exercise can make you hungry though! Even gaining muscle only makes a very slight difference by burning slightly more calories.
Best to just do nothing so you don't crave so much haha. Good excuse to be lazy.
Heheheh... sometimes doing nothing does not work. :D But I am lazy indeed...
What's your tactic? I'm trying to lose a bit too. I haven't stepped on scales... I'll just notice
I started off calorie counting for a bit until I figured out all the hidden calories. It was really enlightening. Like, a teaspoon of cooking oil is a billion calories. Cheese too.
So I adapted accordingly and... stayed consistent. Learned to say 'no' socially, no snacking.
Being consistent is key hey? And once you feel better, it's easier to just keep going.
