I know some people raise them and have them around their house. I've never seen one around here and they can be pretty noisy. Don't think our neighborhood allows them. Probably an escapee from somewhere or somebody dumped it here. :)

Maybe this one is an escapee lol, hope it finds it way to its new home soon. Don't think it's safe wandering around by itself, the noises can easily grab attention before the visuals come into play :)
