Been a while since I've reached into my parents archive of #35mmslides. This is my first dog Tiger (I wont be born for a few years yet). The year is 1956 and I don't think the cat is very comfortable at this moment in time. :)

In a shopping mall here in Macon, France was this XL football table. I have never seen such a long table before. I used to play this a lot in the canteen at school.

Does this mean that the water level is a little low?
The tide was very low when I took the picture. The lower part of the trunk is dark, so this is likely how high the water rises when the tide returns.

It is sad to see a dead tree like that. I don't know if the tree grew there, however, or if it was placed in that spot for other reasons. There used to be some large structures in the area that have now been torn down, so this tree could have been harvested for that purpose.
