I'd like to see more informative posts, so more outsiders come here to educate themselves. Think travel posts that tell us more about the areas being showcased, rather than the typical more family photo album style we currently see.This would bring content consumers and grow Hive

A co-worker loved "Ted Lasso" so I watched it. Entertaining, loved the idea of changing a work culture, but all the other signaling was off-putting. Got the sense that changing a football team was just a metaphor for changing your world view and values into theirs.

I don't have a television, so I don't even know what the show looks like.
Can someone calculate a rough estimate of the cost of 1 hive transaction based on amount of witness servers and nodes, etc running and the approximate electricity consumption of them on a daily basis vs total hive tx on average per day?
This could get complex quite quickly ! Are we looking at the total power usage of Hive for all witnesses, or the cost of the actual blocks being processed ? We'd need to know where each witness was based because power costs vary so much from country to country.
True, I guess an estimation would be enough. Saw some market hedera based on cheap cost and how green it was for instance so got curious how hive lands there.
Is that a way to determine a floor valuation for hive? Now I'm real curious
just general "green" cost of hive compared to say bitcorn

Well, actually it was a friend of my wife's who made it. She said it doesn't have a name, but we call it "gin val" because her name is Valeria. The celebration was nothing special, just life, people getting together and everyone happy with a good lasagna!

I did my #GoodDeed for the day on my #MorningWalk with my #FurryFriend. I came across an elderly gentleman who was struggling. Turns out he was lost and confused. After trying to get ahold of his family I called Emergency services and stayed with him until they came. #photography

One of my #garden jobs was to build a new raised bed. It's been planted with strawberries. The ones I did previously provided lots of tomatoes and beans.

They will be okay. We should not have frost for a while. They were just moved from a temporary bed.
I need to build such raised bed for my pumpkin and I need to do it before the dry season comes out.
Hopefully they'll give you some good berries next year!
What is the white cloth-like lining you're using? Is it a weed barrier of some sort?
It's from some bulk sack. Just to protect the wood a bit as it will rot eventually.
Little space like this helps to produce food at home and save some money.

There is a tropical berry called "saponit" that may work in a tropical climate -- it's not a strawberry, but similar!

I'm going to need some beta testers.
Participating in our closed beta means you would download the app from the Google store, and use the app for 12 days. Giving us feedback along the way, helping us find any remaining bugs.
Then Google would allow us to do a full submission.

They're like machines underwater. Incredible swimmers.
That bird reminded me Department Q on Netflix 😀. The cormorant was one of the clues in the series.

I just delegated you 500 hp so you shouldn’t have a problem now. The idea is that because hive is fee-less, there needs to be some mechanism to present spamming and abuse. Also RC increases demand for the token since projects like Peakd and Splinterlands need to own RC to run on hive
