That's a cool place. I'm tempted to say Queen Anne style, but I know that architectural styles might not be so clearly defined in the States, especially out west with its more recent history.
I'm no expert either but according to Wikipedia it looks like it is a Craftsman Style House built in 1912. Nonetheless she is a beauty. :)

True... without external income it’s nearly impossible. Sustainability really depends on finding that steady outside flow. 👌

All I have is BTC Hive and Leo. I always try to “catch the falling knife” as they say. Most people urge against this but if your time frame is 5 years and you feel confident the price will be higher one day, in my experience it’s the best strategy. Dollar cost average on the way down if you feel confident the project has a future. Got hive for 0.08-0.12. So technically I’m even up on that even though I kick myself for not taking profits at $1.
I wish I had more to invest in the beginning, I’d be doing really really well right now
