we do experience maybe bad erosion sites, over flooding of rivers, road and all that, but no such things as hurricane whatever names they're called.

Talking stains? If - whatever stained the wood... use it all over the rest. We used to do that on marble, who was stained by soap. Worked just fine! 🤷♀

It absolutely does! And dogs have a great sense for that. It's been 5 years since we moved out of the house because it was sold by the owner, and the new owners gladly took care of Raya as we moved into the center and couldn't have a dog.
