Ok, things that took me the most to adapt (not because they are wrong):

b3, b5 and b10, went starting the game, didn't any ideas this was number of battles. So maybe a mouse over, with description would help.

Cool, it really is confusing. There’s a “how to play” guide, but it’s inside the battle screen. I think it might be nice to have it both inside and outside the battle screen, and the tooltip when you hover over it is a good idea too. I’ll get right on it!

The costing of cards, they are perfect, but initially didn't understand too. So I think it would help if there is more visual movement when cards upgrade others and some mouse over descriptions.

Either way, super intuitive after 1 or 2 games I already know everything.

The part I really enjoyed, and can be further explored, is the swapping of character types for making different types of attacks. Keeping this simple is a good thing in my view (for gathering players initially).

Not sure if the best path to more complex cards is, if having more cards or changing how the existing ones evolve with upgrades. Also the randmonness of attacks is playing a good simplistic mode here, which I like. Keep that I would say... if it gets too technical, it might spook some simple players.

Also, time-wise, you stopped talking at 1m30s but the recording say it's 1m36s long. It simply jumps that last 6 seconds
