Doesn't look like much, but my average heart rate has dropped 4bpm over 6 months.
Average sleeping rate has down from 61bpm-->53bpm, and the lowest rate through each night has gone from about 61bpm to as low as 44bpm!
My heart is working more efficiently than ever!
Ironically the maximum 161 isn't even from exercise. I was going for a walk and my heart randomly freaked out for about 10 minutes. I'll just ignore that.
What are you logging this with? I have a Garmin watch, but I can't be sure how accurate it is. It shows mine going down to the low 40s at times, but then I would hope it's good given all the running I do.
I've got the Ringconn v2, just a smart ring. I vastly prefer it to a watch: I want a proper analogue watch. Also battery life 12 days which is a big bonus.
Not so accurate at step counting but other than that it's been ace! Nice job getting low 40's! (if it is accurate)
Poltergeist movies were so banned at home as a kid, it was kinda weird too, remember the scene that classic scene with a bunch of ppl because that one guy said or the mirror scene, they should do a reboot

I'm thinking about adding a feature to let users decide if they want all notifications or if they want notifications only from accounts with a minimum rep. score.
Would you use a setting like this?
Not a bad idea, you let the user choose.
Freedom of choice is always a good idea in my opinion. Not sure what the default should be though 😂

No, because there aren't enough quality posts or users to limit what I see that far. Also, it's awful for onboarding, because the newbies would be left out totally and not get curated then leave
I'm not sure this would influence the content that are being shown, only notifications for the user.
Example: You set the limit to 25 and a user with 2 in reputation vote on your content, you will not see that in your notifications. You can still see the content from the user.

Currently you can ignore notifications from muted users (so you never ever get the notifications), create a signature and get notifications from people on specific lists. I think it's pretty nice 😆
