Just added liquidity because it's so easy :) ATX: BEER

Buuuuttt I don't think it worked...and I can add negative liquidity 😢

[forkyishere]

Ahahaha! Nice catch! No.. you should not be able to add negative liquidity... the contract will fail here:
https://github.com/hive-engine/hivesmartcontracts/blob/fe0b624bfed9207cb37e82ed51fa9ed3f6ba5884/contracts/marketpools.js#L297

@crypt0gnome FYI, the UI should not allow negative or zero values on add liquidity. Probably the same fix on remove liquidity.

Thanks @masterswatch

[crypt0gnome]

will take a look

[masterswatch]

Yay let me know when I can add beer to @forkyishere's pool :)

[forkyishere]

Note, I thought you were joking... because I can add... just needs to be a positive number :D

[selfhelp4trolls]

It’s crazy to think that my posts that earned $8 would be worth $160 at Hive’s ATH. I miss Korean pumps lol

[protonepal]

Do you think HIVE atleast regain 20 cents?

[selfhelp4trolls]

I have noooo idea. I think the current value reflects reality a lot better than 0.20 but crypto and recently stocks hav less to do with reality and more about hype. I don’t see hive being hyped any time soon but there’s a lot I don’t know

[lazzvi]

Hope is green. The green makes me happy.

[shiftrox]

Ahhh, I didn't see "last year" there—that makes sense.

[revolwritings]

Honestly, I don't really like an excessive amount of AI-use for coding… Code should still be understood and mainly written by people. Only repetitive work and things that don't include a lot of logic should be automated

[acidyo]

That's fair!

[lunaticpandora]

What are you coding? I've recently been taking advantage of my chatgpt sub and started playing around with Codex too, I've yet to try Claude tho.

[logen9f]

Congrats 😀

[hive-as-mission]

Thanks! I think sooner or later @bbhstrategy will overtake the 3rd position.

[shiftrox]

Mission accomplished

[hive-as-mission]

Yes!

[shiftrox]

I've been picking up some L2 tokens, but I don't invest in them like I used to. I think Hive's L2 could be better—it could offer a little more security—but for now, I'm really focused on Hive Power.

[hive-as-mission]

In my case, I am using BBHO to build my HP.

[shiftrox]

What have you been up to? Do they give HP to the user who holds the token? I think I have a little bit of bbho, but I'm not really familiar with the project.

[hive-as-mission]

No, they don't give HP. I staked 100k BBHO to boost my curation activity in the Bitcoin-Backed Hive community. As my BBHO reward grows, I exchange the tokens for SWAP.HIVE and send them to my Hive wallet and stake them. So far, I am earning at least 3 HIVE daily.

Thanks for the like. I managed to solve yesterday's HiveWord, with the aid of the daily clues, in one go. Looking at your solutions, I don't think you use the daily clues?

[steevc]

Yes, I don't use any clues, but it's just for fun anyway.

[learningpages]

I am going to stop using clues now that my confidence is increasing. I have successfully solved this type of puzzle from a source that doesn't give clues.
But you're right - it is only a game.

Vibecoding chess for Snapie. What QOL we need? Profiles with stats? Themes? Gimme some ideas, coz core is done :)

[stayoutoftherz]

Rating of player should be visible next to name, leaderboard, and stats on a specific match, like in lichess where I see below the game how often I have played that user and what the outcome was, and option to choose the time format (5+0, 3+2, etc.), and chess960!

[ankalagonchik]

Rating is already done and working, its good addition to see how many times u played that user, right!
time formats are there as well. will google chess960, dont think i heard about this one)

[stayoutoftherz]

chess960 is the same as Fischerrandom or "Freestyle Chess"

[bushcraftbites]

A leaderboard my man... Fastests win, longest game, most interesting moves, most games played, most games played in a row, etc...

[ankalagonchik]

most interesting moves can be hard to implement, but leaderboards will be there for sure! some of it might be just in player stats profile tho? sneak peek

[bushcraftbites]

How about assisted mode where beginners can use it if the other player agrees. If they choose this option, when it is their turn they could be shown 1-3 possible moves or they can get help for a specific amount of moves in a game. For each assist they lose points.

[ankalagonchik]

Everything with analysing games/moves needs some kind of chess engine attachment, ill look into it for sure)

[bushcraftbites]

2- say each move is assigned a certain amount of points and if they ask for help they are docked points. That would also give another tab for the leaderboard for the highest point earner per game

[sammy00]

For start @stayoutoftherz points are spot on
Beside chess game play having chess puzzles would be nice - with possibility of some kind of leaderboard for the puzzles - similar to chess.com puzzle rush
I think puzzles can cover learning part with some competitive tone to it

[ankalagonchik]

puzzles are harder to implement, i think, but mb there is a database of them? Probably there are, right? :D

[sammy00]

Dont know about that

[litguru]

Canada scores! Gooooooooooooooool!

📽️ May God Save Us (2016) · 80/100

Good thriller with a quality cast. Set in Madrid in 2011, it maintains the rhythm and intrigue from beginning to end. I recommend it.

[mobi72]

Seems interesting. Serial killer movies/tv-shows often are. Working on such a theme is like walking on a thin wire, I think, though. A little mistake and audience would leave with a bad memory.

What make this movie different than other movies on the same topic.

[palomap3]

The profile of the victims and how the killer's motivations for acting are gradually discovered. The personality of the police investigating the case is also peculiar.

[mobi72]

I searched it a little on the net and found that it recieved some awards too, and that the performances are also top-noth. I am definitely going to watch it. Thanks for the recommendation.

I'm tiring of LLM agents telling me how great my ideas are and confirming whatever I'm thinking. I believe only once one told me to ditch a line of thinking that I was going down.

I wish they would sometimes say, "That idea is ridiculously stupid. And you're and idiot for bringing it up."

They always say, "To be honest..." but then agree with me. To be truly honest, tell me when I'm stupid.

yeah it's so they can keep you as a customer, you have to often iterate to be realistic/skeptical about a proposed idea/change up front
