My sister introduced me the whole "cozy mystery" category of movies and shows and I have been delighted.
There's a few in this genre and we watch some of them. Death Valley is another.
One of the more recent cozy mystery shows that we saw was the Thursday Murder Club. https://www.netflix.com/title/81751137
I've read and enjoyed the books that is based on. The movie was okay, but they changed a few things. I will watch more 'gritty' crime shows too, but those can be hard work.
Based on a book series? Oh, now that sounds fun.
I don't read as much fiction these days, but I will put it on my list for when I have a moment to enjoy some guilty pleasure reading.
This looks interesting, need to see if I can find it.

I like how on one side, there is the Romanesque public library building, and on the other, a modern glass tower that looks like it's in the process of transforming into a spaceship.

I had a short but sound sleep in contrast to a friend who has been battling with insomnia for a long time now.
What practical tips do you know could improve her sleep quality?
She needs to get melatonin, is a non-addictive active component that will help you relax and have a better sleep. There are also things you can do like breathing exercises and posture to improve your sleep quality.
I looked up Melatonin and it seems like a pretty good remedy. She once had Benzo... (don't know the full name) and it did absolutely nothing for her.
She did say something about the postures. She never feels comfortable if she isn't standing or laying with multiple pillows all around her. But the breathing... I'll have to tell her about that too.

As far as I can remember, I haven't found myself in such a situation but yeah, I've seen and know people who would even give away their vital organs all in the name of helping another.

There are certain people who go about asking for "help" in regards to something they can do on their own within the twinkle of an eye and that is simply taking advantage of someone's kind heart.
I would surely try my best to help anyone who genuinely needs my help at any time.

I got a call last week that my neighbour was arrested for trying to be help a stranger keep her bag but she never returned and when the police tracking her bag found the bag with...
My neighbour he was arrested instead.
I pray he comes out safe because he won't be released until the woman is found.
