Some woman loved our place so much she has come three times with various different family members. Fingers crossed she puts in an offer next week and a good one. Emotional investors can't always bring the finances.

Just want to be by the ocean again, and 5 acres is a lot! Just time to move on after fifteen years. Great place but the area isn't us.
