What does it taste like?
Omg I really don't know how to describe it but google helped me. And this is true.
Rich, creamy, and buttery flavor with a taste of sweet ocean brine.
It is good when paired with vinegar and pepper.

Ohh I really don't know if some countries don't have sea urchin but I guess some don't have. This is sea urchin we call Kun-kun and we break it open and eat the gonads or yellow thing inside. It really taste delicious when eaten with leftover rice.

Yes we consume it, we just break it open and eat the yellow thing inside which is creamy and salty.

It is a sea food @beauty197 tho it doesn't look like one. But it is edible and we search for it during low tide.
