Social media, whether Web2 or Web3, can sometimes feel like a jungle. If you post something today and only 100 people give you a vote or a like, you might feel like you failed. I know I feel that way every now and then.

Another eye opener from Michaela in my latest podcast episode was that it helps to stop treating LinkedIn like a game of high scores. Instead, we should treat it more like what it actually is, the world's biggest networking event.

The moral of this gold nugget for me is not to let vanity metrics fool me. We don't need a packed stadium to make an impact.

Sometimes 20, 30 or 40 people who are genuinely interested because we are helping them solve their problems are worth more than just a curious crowd of a million.
