Are leaders born or made? This is a classic question in leadership development. The truth is, if you have to explain to someone that you're a leader... you probably aren't one. This is the final part of my first Space on X, where I had the honor of being joined by Desireé Monsiváis, who is a real and current example of authentic leadership that goes beyond the title. She did it on the field, but also in everyday life. We talked about how to genuinely connect with people, lead by example, and grow step by step. It was a great conversation, and honestly, I highly recommend it to everyone.

The agenda about if leader's are born or made is always an interesting discussion, but I will say that, some leaders are born, yet, some learn the act of leadership, and that means that, a leader can also be made.

Yes, it is an interesting discussion! I think a lot of people are born with strong and very assertive character, but I don't think that makes them leaders. At least not good leaders. I think good leadership has to be aways learn. I do appreciate you perspective and comments. 😀
