It's better, imo, to set your rewards to burn rather than decline.
Decline gives any votes you get to folks that already have too much.

Its for HW, its told to decline, but if yoy say i can burn i will burn :P
Burn only burns the author part of the rewards, curators still get paid.
If you have a deal with hw's they may object.
Just have to try it and see.
Your on the discord too, its written om the appeal that you must decline. You knoe better than me if we can burn or only decline
Decline punishes your voters.
You'd just have to try it to find out.
Maybe hw's wants to punish them, too.
