Oh my favorite holidays food might sound strange to the one or other, its
"Beef Tartare"
Row! Minced Beef mixed with spices and eggs, eaten with toast
Its something we dont have very often. Maybe once or twice a year.
And its also not any beef, but just one exclusive part AND it has to be fresh when prepared.
