Be always ready to look after our health always in Life, health is wealth indeed and we should always look after our health in a great way. We should always do that in which we are supposed to do anytime anywhere for our very good betterment.

Positivity is good and we should always be kings and queens of that, we should shun that negativity that might come anytime anywhere and live in a Way lf great happiness and good expectations.
Regular exercise, is also very amazing we should always exercise our bodies for good enhancing in our day to day activities. Our body should always be execised everyday and some like walking, jumping, skipping and others should be done.
Healthy Eating is also great,When we eat very well it can serve to prevent some diseases while on the other hand can serve to hel in curing ghe disease at hand or to come. Adequate nutrition, healthy living, healthy planet. We should always eat food adequately in which might really help us by God's Grace in healthy living and help also in healthy planet.
We should always measure and know our body weight, we should always try so to know when we are underweight, normal or overweight and to monitor our selves and know when to work 🙏 towards adding of weight, maintaining a balance or also reducing of welcome.
We should always try to sleep very well as it's very helpful to tge human body
