Last week I was at my youngest niece's graduation from elementary school. Wow...it's been four years since we enrolled her in first grade, my sweet❤️.
A lot was organized for the kids and also by the kids themselves for the parents and the teachers. It was very nice to notice all the energies: The anticipation of what is to come! Sadness, to let go the old times, the teachers, class chamber mates, the familiar environment! Gratitude, for the time spent together! So many emotions at once. There was singing and dancing, thank you notes, great surprises, gifts and lots of happy tears.
And then there was the speech of the class teacher, filled with life and memories, thankful and motivating and I couldn't help but overhear it, felt every second sentence contained the word EFFORT!!!
If you keep trying hard enough, everything will be fine!
This is the result of your effort!
Effort pays off!
Now you see the reward of your effort!
Uffffz.....Really now? Still? Aren't all the great children (so-called adults) role models of this hustle world enough proof that EFFORT most certainly cannot be the solution to a happy & successful life????
Do our children really still have to be influenced like this?
In the year 2022! Isn't it enough that there are enough busy bee's out there who are so busy that they just can't stop without checking where it comes from and what it does to them and their whole life? Do you really want to believe that this is what our kids need to be prepared for 'Real Life'? Watching you rush from one appointment to the other and between household & job, partnership & parenthood, hardly find any air to breathe, to just be with yourself and just listen to your inner voice and do what you really want?
This is not about blame and finding a bogeyman for why your life often has so much more to do with effort than with being happy and doing nothing successfully. Neither this wonderful teacher, nor our teachers and parents and also you & I knew better and meant it most certainly only well. This is how it works in our society : we repeat limiting beliefs, like the one about effort, passing them on generation after generation without questioning them! What follows on it: who remains with it and decides to believe it, repeats also the life of those who have influenced them to us in the one or other form! As it has probably experienced each of us already once. You can change it always!
Hey busy busy busy Bee's - time to break the rules!!!
I give you at this point two valuable questions:
What do you really want to believe? In which world do you want to live?

And then this happens: the kids let fly their balloons with their biggest wish on the string, pure jubilation & joy.... what could be better than a child's laughter? Many children's laughter at once 🤗.
The Universe (God, All That Is, Buddha, Allah, Jehova...name it!)

Isn't this image a nice reframing for the post on trouble before?! What if it really is possible to make all our desires come true with ease & love? And what if effort has served as a contrast for us to realize this and we may also make our peace with it?
Not that we misunderstand each other, of course, sometimes action is required, otherwise we can probably not move forward. Step by step and at your own pace. And how much does this action still have to do with effort and hustle, if you only do what you really, really love?
I wish that all schools in the world remind us and our children every day how wonderful we are and that we don't have to do anything for it!
You are always enough, just right and loved!
Let's see the world through the eyes of children again!

letze Woche war ich auf der Abschlussfeier meiner jüngsten Nichte in der Grundschule. Wow...vier Jahre ist es her, als wir sie in die erste Klasse eingeschult haben, meine Süsse❤️
Es wurde einiges für die Kinder organisiert und auch von den Kindern selbst für die Eltern und die Lehrer. Es war sehr schön, all die Energien wahrzunehmen: Die Vorfreude auf das, was kommt! Trauer, die alten Zeiten gehen zu lassen, die Lehrer, Klassenkameraden, die gewohnte Umgebung! Dankbarkeit, für die gemeinsame Zeit! So viele Emotionen auf einmal. Es gab Gesang und Tanz, Danksagungen, tolle Überraschungen, Geschenke und jede Menge Freudentränen.
Und dann gab es die Rede der Klassenlehrerin, voller Leben und Erinnerungen gefüllt, dankbar und motivierend und ich konnte es nicht überhören, gefühlt jeder zweite Satz beinhaltete das Wort MÜHE!
Wenn Du Dir weiterhin genug Mühe gibst, wird alles gut!
Das ist das Ergebnis Eurer Mühe!
Mühe zahlt sich aus!
Nun siehst Du den Lohn Deiner Mühe!
Uffffz.....Echt jetzt? Immer noch? Reichen denn nicht all die grossen Kinder (sog. Erwachsenen) Vorbilder dieser Hustle Welt als Beweis dafür, dass MÜHE ganz sicher nicht die Lösung für ein glückliches & erfolgreiches Leben sein kann???
Müssen unsere Kinder wirklich immer noch so influenced werden? Im Jahre 2022! Reicht es denn nicht, dass es da draussen genug busy Bee's gibt, die so bussy sind, dass sie einfach nicht mehr damit aufhören können, ohne zu checken, wo es her kommt und, was das mit ihnen und ihrem ganzen Leben macht? Willst Du wirklich glauben, dass es das ist, was unsere Kinder brauchen um auf das 'Echte Leben' vorbereitet zu werden? Dir dabei zuzuschauen, wie Du von einem Termin zum anderen hetzt und zwischen Haushalt & Job, Partnerschaft & Elternschaft, kaum mehr Luft zum atmen findest, um einfach mal mit Dir zu sein und nur auf Deine innere Stimme zu lauschen und das zu tun, was Du wirklich willst?
Es geht hier nicht um Schuld und darum 'nen Buhmann dafür zu finden, wieso auch Dein Leben vielleicht oft so viel mehr mit Mühe als mit glücklich sein und erfolgreichem nichts tun zu tun hat. Weder diese wundervolle Lehrerin, noch unsere Lehrer und Eltern und auch Du & Ich wussten es besser und meinten es ganz sicher nur gut. So funktioniert das nun mal in unserer Gesellschaft : Wir wiederholen limitierende Glaubenssätze, wie Die zum Thema Mühe, vererben sie Generation für Generation, ohne sie zu hinterfragen! Was darauf folgt : wer dabei bleibt und sich entscheidet es zu glauben, wiederholt auch das Leben derer, die sie uns influenced haben in der Ein oder Anderen Form! So wie es wahrscheinlich jeder von uns schon mal erlebt hat. You can change it always!

Ist dieses Bild nicht ein schönes Reframing für den Beitrag zum Thema Mühe zuvor?! Was, wenn es wirklich möglich ist, mit Leichtigkeit & Liebe all unsere Wünsche wahr werden zu lassen? Und was, wenn Mühe uns dafür als Kontrast gedient hat, dies zu realisieren und wir auch damit unseren Frieden schliessen dürfen?
Nicht das wir uns falsch verstehen, natürlich ist auch mal action gefragt, anders können wir uns wohl auch nicht vorwärts bewegen. Step by step und in deinem eigenen Tempo. Und wie viel hat diese Action noch mit Mühe und hustlen zu tun, wenn Du nur noch das tust, was Du wirklich, wirklich liebst?
Ich wünsche mir das alle Schulen dieser Welt uns und unsere Kinder jeden Tag daran erinnern, wie wundervoll wir sind und dafür gar nichts tun müssen!
Du bist immer genug, genau richtig und geliebt!
Lass uns die Welt wieder durch Kinderaugen sehen!

I agree with you. I keep seeing so many people claiming that hard work is the key to success and I don't agree with this statement. For me success is enjoying what you do and going with the flow of life 💖

Me parece raro encontrar a alguien con este pensamiento porque es justo lo que yo creo, y cuán diferente sería el mundo si todos pensáramos así. Sin duda es mejor amar y disfrutar lo que se hace. Entonces es el amor lo que nos hace avanzar en la vida. Saludos!!

I want to live in a worlds without war. We are so close to that war in Ukraine and even near here we can be affected thats a pain i live with a fear for me my family and kids that is something i can do withoutr for sure, for the rest i lead a pretty awsome life
