RE: Applying perspective

in Reflections • 2 years ago (edited)

Still trucking 💪

I'm not so smart emotionally, and mentally I have struggled in the past. I remember thinking, amongst other things... be braver than your dad (checked out himself), do you want to live, are there things you want to live for?

I'm not sure I can be any lower than this time, so everything these days is more of a bump in the road.

Keep well sir!

Those are great questions, the why do I want to be around, for sure, what things are important enough to stick around. I think that's one of the most important things a person can ask themselves at any point in life. Why.

I know so many who have checked out and I wonder how many asked that question (and answered honestly). I'll never know.

You're applying perspective which exactly the thing we all need to do; if we scratch the surface on it that perspective often reveals the why's.

Thanks for commenting, and I hope you have a great day bro.

I decided I wanted to be around (and to not disappoint) but knew I needed sunshine to help me relax and feel confident better days were ahead. Worth the move, and I don't ask myself why on this one!

Rest well :)

I remember your move to Mallorca, the thoughts behind it and some of the situations once there; we spoke at length on them. You've done well, come a long way (and deserve to) and that's all due to perspective, honest introspection and appraisal of yourself and through trail-breaking a way forward. Just my opinion based on the perspective I have from outside the situation. :)

Thanks dude. The support here from the likes of you and Taraz have helped a lot over the years. That's why I like this place, you can unburden and make a few $ at the same time :)

You're very welcome, it's been a pleasure.
