Matthew starts school the first week of September, he still has a month to sleep extra hours. The second week of August, we will be participating in the Toronto Dragon Boat Racing Festival, an event that celebrates Asian culture with dragon boat racing and performances by local artists.
I understand Smallsteps because that's how Matthew is with me as he approaches the week of being with his mum, you know, the joint custody thing.

Joint custody can be hard in some ways, but if the relationship of the parents is amicable, it can also be okay for the child. As the electrician said the other day who has recently broken up - two happy homes are better than one sad.
