Thats right.. be a producer, not just a consumer. (It's too easy to just lose a day watching movies and YouTube vids tho..)

I was also just listening to this audiobook on fitness and he was talking about how its important to 'prime' the muscles. :)

What was the basic idea about muscle priming?

muscle priming is just to get your muscles ready to work in the proper way before really lifting/working it. ie. bench pressing with just the bar before putting on weight and really going for it. I do this by lifting light the first set before I try the heavy one.

Ah okay. Yeah, I do this with all of my exercises - plus stretches before lifing anything :)
