muscle priming is just to get your muscles ready to work in the proper way before really lifting/working it. ie. bench pressing with just the bar before putting on weight and really going for it. I do this by lifting light the first set before I try the heavy one.

Ah okay. Yeah, I do this with all of my exercises - plus stretches before lifing anything :)
