Come on, admit it. Many of us have been there. When we are so angry with a person that we want to rain hell on them.
I am having lotsa trouble with a colleague for quite some time now.
This person is flippant, passive-aggressive, bordering on obnoxious and has little regard for others or more accurately, thinks the world revolves around him.
Values clearly divergent from mine.
Just today, I had enough and excused myself from further engagement. It was important to walk away before temper boils over.
Walk away to make sure I don't let emotions get the better of me. Stay calm will help me better address the issues rather than pick on the person.
We must try not to let emotions dictate how we handle thorny people. Cos if we do, we are actually not addressing the issue.
