Laziness, inertia, and soon after, procrastination. With all that entails. The worst that can happen.😰

It's really worth having a coffee and thinking about changes.☕🤔

Something that helps a lot is exercise/sports. Well, it depends on the mobility and age of each person reading this. But a simple walk in nature, if possible, helps.

Mobility and exercise provide well-being, the main thing to start a change.

We have to act; life is short, there's no time for drama.

Otherwise, we spend the day drinking coffee. Will five liters be enough?😀
