I started to reflect and detail this day and I came to the conclusion that many times we human beings have life so planned that as soon as things do not go as planned we become unbalanced and we become as they say colloquially in my country "a mocho" is necessary to emphasize that in many opportunities happens countless situations in our lives that get out of hand and is in this type of adversity when we must know how to control emotions because a decision taken under anger frustration sadness or pain can result in economic losses, material losses or, in its defect, ruptures in the family, friendships or relationships.
Particularly my way of facing challenges is to see the positive side of the circumstances, for example, one day after my birthday my phone was formatted, I lost a lot of valuable information (password, email, social networking accounts, photos, videos, etc.) and with it the possibility of restoring my old phone number in the instant messaging application WhatsApp.At first I felt very sad because this WhatsApp had information as I said before important to me but I remembered that I should have long since changed that number to another operator that worked properly on my phone but I never dared to do it to avoid losing the information that was stored there, although this formatting on my cell phone was not planned much less wanted it to happen, it pushed me out of my comfort zone and also pushed me to do something that sooner or later I had to do.
We should focus on living each experience with gratitude, trying to give it a positive focus and above all let things flow much more, remember that many times the things that are less planned are the ones that come out better.
