You're right—it is what it is. Many people who complain are wishing it to be something it's not. As someone who has tried almost every social media platform imaginable I can honestly say Hive is still the most rewarding. This has never been a place that sparked many book sales for me but it's wonderful incubator of ideas, engagement, and friendships.
And I think in today's landscape, that is valuable in and of itself.
It is-and incredibly rare.
