Beyond the difficulties ...

Life has extraordinary things.

Growing up implies accepting that problems are part of life, it's time to live with them. No one wants to have a hard time, to find themselves in a difficult situation. But this is not the only thing there, it is where we perhaps pay more attention because of how it affects us.

For example... this is War in the world that I have been keeping in my head for days, even if I try to stay away from screens, networks, news, maybe you go out on the street and the people around you, even if you don't want to, just talk about it.

So, that anguish that invades us goes beyond the.it happens as such, because when the world falls apart in front of us on our screens, something in us begins to wonder if what we are doing with our life has any meaning, we even wonder if there is a lot or a little time left, and that's when we start taking out those emotional bills and that's when the real rethinking begins.

It's the world in crisis that paralyzes us because it confronts us, in fact, it reminds us of everything we've been putting off for months, everything.what we said we were going to change and it seems like a lie, everything remains the same, while we continue watching news.

Because carrying the pain of the world somehow anesthetizes us, diverts our attention, our focus from what we need from ourselves, even gives us the.illusion that to be attentive to it.what's happening, is to do something, when in fact it's the most comfortable way not to take care of the only thing.that if it depends on us. Living our life in the best possible way is what belongs to us, and taking care of ourselves emotionally to be as much as possible in a state of Calm and peace. That's the most sensible thing to do.

The external chaos comes and goes, it changes, and we cannot submit to that all the time without fantasy solutions, I choose to always see the problems and obstacles as opportunities to learn. Sometimes I don't ask for them, but if I already have to deal with them, then I get down to work.

As Martin Luther says... We can't stop the worry birds from flying over your head, but you can stop them from making a nest in it. I mean, know the emotion, but don't install it if it hurts us.

Living in that state of alertness all the time exhausts, agonizes, fills us with anxiety. Solution? Set limits, take care of ourselves and understand that what we cannot control we must leave out of our thoughts. You have to learn to reduce the intensity of that anxiety, and you learn that.

The world and each one of us needs more empathy, humanity, reflection and more collective responsibility.

If the worst thing that can happen in life is death, I think it doesn't take a war to remind us that we must continue living to find meaning in what we do and we also don't need a superficial message that tells us go on with your life because you can't control everything, stuck and paralyzed by what is happening outside.Turn off the news a little. The world is not going to end just because you didn't see it. Use TV to laugh, not to get angry.

It's true that life can be overwhelming, especially when we're faced with difficult situations both internally and externally.
What you mention about the importance of setting limits and taking care of our emotional peace is fundamental.
Sometimes, we feel trapped in the chaos of the world and forget that our energy must be focused on what we can control: our actions, our decisions, and the way we choose to face challenges.

That's right, adverse internal or external situations, although they hurt sometimes, are also one of the greatest opportunities for growth that we can live. Thanks for reading me. Nice day🌹
