This is just getting started ...

The excess passed the bill to me.

A week ago I returned to my healthy meals, applying what I learned with my nutritionist and my Pilates coach. My love for spicy and cayenne pepper ended in intestinal inflammation and hemorrhoids. Two treatments... and nothing got better!. Getting back to my habits was the key: today I am pain-free, energized and ready for my strength training.

"Healthy eating is medicine”, if there's one thing I'm passionate about, it's transforming habits through real food.

I have the impression that there is a huge increase in pressure on the body. Everyone is telling you what you should do to achieve “the body of your dreams”, many trainers, nutritionists, influencers, and all kinds of people insisting on the idea of an “ideal” body of a body that you can achieve, but it's a trap.

It is a trap because although you can improve your health, achieving changes in your body that does not guarantee anything. They will not stop deceiving you to look better, nor will you fill that void that may be inside you for multiple reasons.

Don't get me wrong, the body has to be taken care of, we have to be healthy. What I question directly is the pressure of "duty” that becomes unattainable. In the end I see people frustrated because even if they do all the diets and exercise in the world they do not achieve the ideal, and for those who live in the ideal of another the emptiness changes its face, for example TRAINING ON a SUNDAY, because not every day I feel like doing exercises, but every day I have a reason and that reason is me 💖

Behind the face of “health” there are many interests hidden, a lot of pressure that leads to disastrous consequences from the point of view of mental health…

The body we should have is already there, we already have it. It belongs to us and is real, with its imperfections that define it. It's okay that we take care of him, but don't let your life go chasing after the body.

When guilt becomes identity, self-esteem is erased. And success is receding, growth becomes unattainable. But that's not our truth.

We can always learn to be ourselves, without masks, without complexes, letting go of the guilt that weighs so much, and from there we will strengthen our self-love. Because when you respect yourself, the world starts to respect you too.

For years I thought it was normal to give everything and leave it for later. The truth is that we can always try to be our best version.

The key is to develop wellness habits.

I wish that everything that comes from now on, has the intention of improving everyone's life. At least that's what I'm trying to do with mine.❤️🔥 Every human being is a Universe worthy of respect. Grateful to those who inspire, teach and push me to keep going, look and feel fabulous today and always.

Thanks a Lot @chizzy100... That's right, our life is too precious to be left to chance and live life on autopilot.
