It is to understand that self-love is the main love that one should have.
Seeing yourself in the mirror every day is very important, it highlights our SELF there, and we can modify what is not right, because rectifying it in time prevents the loss of our self-esteem...for me, this is a yes to everything.
Once I took a professional training course that was called: How to enhance the positive of your work team?.
It was a brutal course with levels of excellence, because you implement it in personal life. The examples of them, during the course, were videos of the Circo Soleil, where in an act of the same they asked us if we saw the leader of the group or identified himself during the circus activity and, well, not everyone, you see them the same.
But it is not like that, there is a leader but he is so integrated into his team that he goes unnoticed.
The lesson...
It is that we must enhance the positive of others and ourselves and thus that virtue of "Self-love" flourishes more. Sometimes love touches us when all our doors are closed.
To love yourself is even to embrace those aspects of yourself that are not kind. We must understand that self-esteem is not about overwhelming others. Many times for "NOT disturbing others" with our lights.
Many times we are not the best love of the other person. Sometimes we are not the best couple. I am totally convinced that when we value ourselves, the world will value us more. Recognizing our strengths does not make us less human, we must learn that it makes us complete humans.
Why? Simply because loving you is not a sin, it is a commandment to embrace our greatness.
I think a lot of us were taught that self-esteem is arrogance, and look, no, it's not like that at all.
Self-esteem is self-knowledge.
When we realize that, loving ourselves is to take care of the other of ourselves and it is also to get away from hurting the one who loves you.
It has to be done and it is key to choose the right people around us, to ward off the "bad guys" who are destructive of self-esteem and hopes.
After overcoming breast cancer, a few years ago, thank God, I accepted my body, with all its humanity in it, I began to recognize how much I am worth and the whole process that led me to work on myself from the inside out.
It is something that is worked every day as an ant job, at first it is hard and uncomfortable but as we are moving forward in this process in my case I felt that it took a weight off my shoulders.
I also think that in addition to how we talk to each other, it is very important to protect our emotional stability starting by leaving behind those who subtract from us and opening space to those who add.

You Made it Clear
and what you mentioned about the training course that you took on how to foster positivity in a team, and how a leader remains so integrated with his team that it is a great lesson in humble leadership and mutual appreciation.
Thank you for your kind words, I always think that in the union is the strength and the achievement of the goals of the team. Greetings.
Very good post @janitzearratia. While I was reading you, that phrase that says be careful with what you think because you are listening to yourself was echoing in my head. That voice... that voice is crucial to have it under control. It is not easy, but it can be done while we are living consciously. I wish you a great week.
Thank you friend for your words very aware of your inner dialogue, and if we have to be very alert with what we often say without thinking about it... a boomerang goes off many times. Great week for you.🌷
